Admission Procedure
Sant Sujan Singh Ji International School offers a 21st-century learning experience with the holistic curriculum and focuses on holistic development. Admission is open to all, irrespective of caste, creed, and religion.
Parents may get their children registered by submitting the prescribed application form for admission duly filled (obtainable from the school- office). A Pre- Entrance test is held for class I onward, Formal written test is conducted in English, and Mathematics to assess the child’s ability for admission.
To appear in a written test the child has to bring the admit card issued by the school. A list of qualified candidates will be put on the school notice board.
We are delighted to announce that registrations are now open for Classes 1st to 12th for the Academic Session 2026–2027 at Sant Sujan Singh Ji International School.
Eligibility Criteria
6+ years as on March 31, 2026, for Class 1st
For higher classes, admission is based on the child’s successful completion of the previous grade along with the required documents.
Enrolment Priority
- The first phase of enrolment for 2026–2027 is reserved exclusively for siblings of our current students.
- First preference will be given to sibling enrolments received by Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Post this date, registrations will be extended to new applicants.

After that, our representative will call you on your registered mobile number.
After receiving the admission intimation, the fees should be paid within the specified deadline. Kindly note that non-payment within this period may lead to the seat being allotted to another candidate.
You can pay the admission fee at our school fee counter Or we will send you a payment link via Email/SMS.
Documents Required
- Birth Certificate of the student (issued by Municipal Authority)
- Recent Passport-size Photographs of the student (4 copies)
- Photographs of Parents/Guardians (2 copies each)
- Aadhaar Card of student and parents (photocopy)
- Residence Proof (Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Rent Agreement / Voter ID)
- Report Card/Mark Sheet of the previous class (for Class II onwards)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended school (for Class II onwards)
- Medical Fitness Certificate of the student (issued by a registered medical practitioner)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Any Other Supporting Documents requested by the school during the admission process
