Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy governs all fee payments made to Sant Sujan Singh Ji International School. By enrolling a student in the school, parents/guardians agree to abide by the terms stated below.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid at the time of admission, including but not limited to Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Prospectus Fee, and other one-time charges, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Withdrawal During Academic Session

In the event that a student withdraws, transfers, or discontinues studies during the academic year for any reason whatsoever, no refund of tuition fees or any other fees paid will be made.

3. Academic Year Commitment

Admission to the school constitutes a commitment for the entire academic session. Parents/guardians shall remain liable to pay fees for the applicable term as per the school’s fee structure.

4. Cancellation Before Commencement of Session

If admission is cancelled before the commencement of the academic session, the registration and admission fees shall remain non-refundable.

5. Management Discretion

In exceptional cases, any request for special consideration shall be subject to review by the school management. The decision of the school authorities shall be final and binding.
